Flyingbird Adobe was created for the Housing Crisis challenge at TSS. Smokytopaz requested us to create an 80,000 simoleon home for Joe and Nidawe Flyingbird. Flyingbird Adobe has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is an entertainment room that could easily be turned into a 3rd bedroom. There is lots of empty shelving and wall space so you can personalize the home with your sims collections and art. There is a large hallway between the garage and kitchen for extra storage and a laundry room. The master and second bedroom both have private baths. The 2nd bedroom is currently set up as a nursery as Joe and Nidawe are planning on starting a family as soon as possible. Due to budget restrictions a car space was left out of the garage, and fire and burglar alarms still need to be added.
